Physical Artwork & Prints

Refunds or exchanges for physical artwork or prints may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Requests must be made within [7 or 14] days of delivery

  • Items must be returned in their original condition

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within [48–72 hours] of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital files:

  • All digital sales are final

  • No refunds or exchanges are available once files have been delivered or downloaded

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Commissions

Commission refunds depend on the stage of the project:

  • Before work begins: A refund may be issued, excluding any non-refundable deposit (if applicable)

  • After work has begun: Deposits are non-refundable

  • After completion: No refunds are available

Any specific refund terms for commissions will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before work begins.

Cancellations

Orders or commission requests may be canceled before fulfillment or work begins by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped or a commission is in progress, cancellations may not be possible.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Digital downloads

  • Completed commissions

  • Minor variations in color or appearance due to screen differences

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or third-party services
